Jessica Fox has claimed the elusive Canoe Slalom K1 gold medal with a blistering time of 96.08 seconds and a flawless run down the white water course. Having won silver in London and Bronze at Rio and Tokyo, Fox has become the most successful K1 athlete of all time.
Meanwhile, the Matildas caused heart palpitations around the nation, coming back from 5-2 down to beat Zambia 6-5 in their second match of the group stage.
