Noemie Fox has claimed her first-ever gold medal, surging past world champion Kimberley Woods to win the women's kayak cross final. Fox had won her heat, quarter- and semi-finals to seal a place in the medal race and made it a perfect three from three on the final day of competition with an excellent come-from-behind victory.
